Hi, my name is Chel and I have been working online for almost 6 years—three years as an ESL teacher and team leader for an ESL company and two years as a VA assigned to the sales department. I was answering phone calls and doing outbound calls. I have mostly worked in marketing, engaging with people, talking to customers and it's always been easy for me to explain things clearly. I have a lot of patience and connect with people easily. I am good at communicating which is why I enjoy customer service the most. Providing solutions and fixing errors brings me fulfillment.
