I started my career as a Customer Service Representative in a call center in the Philippines (2016-2017), where I learned the ins and outs of customer care and communication. From there, I transitioned to remote work, diving into tasks like answering client inquiries through phone, email and live chat, fulfilling orders, processing refunds, handling disputes, managing calendars, leading teams, and handling QA analysis.With years of experience in both the e-commerce and real estate worlds, I’ve become skilled at juggling multiple responsibilities while staying focused on delivering great results.
