✅ I was the 1st contact person to reach out to influencers for product exchange or paid

collaboration. I send the contract to influencers via DocuSign or Formstack. I email the influencers for content; posting content and analytics. I also send them instructions on how they will get paid.

✅ As an Account Coordinator, I was assigned to draft contract on behalf of the company

and send them via DocuSign. I also assisted our Marketing Director in client onboarding like creating onboarding check-list in Notion; following up on the requirement to keep the ball rolling.

✅ As a Social Media Moderator, I responded to social media comments in a timely

manner making sure that there’s no comments left unanswered. I also created a Google Sheet with negative comments received from customers and potential customers.
