Maintenance Coordinator

Provide daily support to the Maintenance Coordinators and Regional Managers.

Coordinate with Property Management regarding unit availability and maintenance issues.

Assist with work order processing and closing.

Provide accurate information to internal and external customers professionally.

Gather photos, videos, and deions of tenant-reported issues and arrange timely repairs with vendors.
Leasing Coordinator

Handle sending notices to tenants (Lease Renewal Offer).

Send email blasts to tenants (Reminder Policy).

Lease renewal calls and tenant follow-ups.

Serve as the primary contact for tenant inquiries, responding via email and text messages.

Handle tenant emergencies, move-ins/move-outs, and evictions.

Financial Management

Pull up collection reports.

Perform collection calls/emails (ensuring timely payments, sending reminders, and following up on late payments).

Work closely with tenants and Property Management to resolve outstanding payments.

Conduct rent roll audits to verify tenant payments and identify discrepancies for resolution.
Utility Coordinator

Provide utility coordination and oversight for projects.

Assist with starting, disconnecting, and payments of utility services.

Coordinate with Property Management regarding unit availability.

Assist tenants with any utility-related questions and concerns.
HOA Coordinator

Handle HOA registration and related matters.

Update HOA database as needed.

Communicate with residents and HOAs daily.

Develop a strong working relationship with HOAs and residents.

Respond promptly to HOA-related requests from internal and external parties.

Assist with HOA accounting, enforcement, and general business functions.

Maintain knowledge of state, local, and HOA statutes, policies, and procedures.
