About Me

Brad joined RLG in 1985 and has led implementations throughout North America and Western Europe. In 1995 he developed RLG's TMP™ (Theoretical Maximum Performance) process that established RLG as the consultant of choice for on and offshore drilling improvement programs, as well as major plant overhauls, turnarounds and shutdowns. In 2011, Brad was appointed COO to oversee RLG's international portfolio and In 2015 Brad assumed the CEO role. He and his family live in Calgary, AB, Canada.
