As the CEO and Founder of Black Boys Code, I continually rely on my business acumen and technology background to effectively lead this Vancouver based organization. As an agent-of-change, I have dedicated my personal and professional life to expanding the visibility and prominence of young men of colour in the STEM fields. My primary goal is to reshape the narrative around diversity in the technology industry. My leadership skills and business insight have been honed from my extensive experience motivating high-performing teams to success in the Telephony, Loyalty Management and Logistics industries. This experience has served me well in my role leading Black Boys Code. As a passionate and experienced project manager and management consultant, that is leading a tech start up on the rise, I welcome the opportunity to connect with other enterprising individuals and innovative organizations that are seeking to leave their lasting mark on the world.
