David Van Seters

I have over 25 years experience using business tools to help organizations make the business case for adopting higher standards of social and environmental performance. My work experience includes both consulting work as well as direct business experience as founder and/or CEO of a number of green businesses. I also provide business coaching to about a dozen sustainable business entrepreneurs. My goals are to work with businesses, enterprising non-profits and government agencies to implement ground-breaking sustainability initiatives. It is also my goal to engage in entrepreneurial pursuits that have a direct sustainability benefit. I am currently working with both entrepreneurs and local/regional governments to advance the sharing or collaborative economy. My specialties: sustainable business strategy, sustainable food systems planning, financing energy efficiency in buildings, new venture startups, CEO strategy support, sustainabiliy related government policy development, sustainable brand marketing, and board governance for social mission enterprises.
