What I love about marketing is building relationships between brands and their community. Running efficient and creative campaigns, engaging consumers online and offline, and using partnerships to grow business. Finding brand alignment and hidden values so that each group feels like they achieved something greater than they could have done on their own. I care about the relationships I build and look for reliable and loyal partners. I am dedicated to everyone’s success, whether it’s a team member or community partner, or looking for ways to improve my own skillset. I enjoy the challenge of balancing the sales team’s goals and product's vision with marketing's capabilities. I strive to be an asset to all departments. From developing a concept, managing the budget and calendar, to reviewing the data and results, and providing insights, I will confidently take an idea from start to finish and beyond. My priority in any project is to work openly and honestly to ensure everyone's goals are realistic and achievable. I am motivated to dig deeper to find efficiencies in the process, when times are hard, and even when we feel like we're ahead. There is no greater feeling that watching someone achieve their goals knowing you played one small part in their success. As a leader, I empower my teams to take initiative and look for better ways to do things. I strive to be an active listener. While I am excited to share my experiences and provide regular ongoing coaching and feedback, I believe I still have something to learn from everyone on the team. Experienced in an agency setting and client-side, I have worked in many sectors: health, government, CPG and grocery, finserv, SaaS, telecom, retail, fast food, and not-for-profits.
