Oversaw the discovery, expansion and resource estimation of the Silver Sand project in Bolivia. Lead the team on engaging the Bolivian government in the signing of the largest mining production contract with Comibol (the Bolivian state mining agency). (Dec. 2004 - Mar. 2013) Reporting to both the CEO and the Board of Directors was directly responsible for the initial $40M in equity financings. Developed and executed investor relations and capital markets programs. President – Neal McInerney Investor Relations (June 1991 – April 1999) Founder and President of the second largest Investor Relations firm in Canada. Three offices Toronto, Vancouver and Los Angeles marketed more than $4 billion worth of equity and debt issues.
