His key strength is his ability to negotiate and complete high value asset acquisitions. SIMBA ENERGY INC. Hassan acquired of the first onshore hydrocarbon exploration permit in Liberia. From this permit, he founded SIMBA ENERGY INC, which is listed on the TSX.V. Hassan is responsible for sourcing and arranging the acquisitions all of Simba Energy’s Production Sharing Contracts in Africa including Guinea, Kenya, Mali and Chad. He successfully negotiated the farm-in/strategic alliance with Essel Group Middle East to acquire a 60% interest in Simba Energy’s portfolio of Production Sharing Contracts for $250 million. NYOTA POWER LTD. Hassan started Nyota Power Ltd, a company focused on building renewable energy projects. Nyota Power brings together his relationships with various governments and investors to meet Africa’s growing need for clean renewable energy. Nyota is well positioned to participate in Africa’s robust and rising per capita consumption of electricity.
