Jason Robinson

Jason Robinson is the Founder & CEO of Sustainability Television; an independent social enterprise media company which shares both proprietary and member submitted content encouraging healthy, vibrant communities all around the world. Jason holds a Master's of International Business (concentration International Business Law) from the University of Salford in the the UK, and a Financial Management Advisor designation from the Canadian Securities Institute. Prior to founding Sustainability Television Jason held various finance related positions, as a Bank Manager with CIBC, an Investment Advisor for BMO Nesbitt Burns, and Business Dev and VP Marketing of Synnova Capital Corporation’s - Corporate Finance Division. Deeply committed to community service and volunteerism; Jason is trained as a firefighter (USA), has served in the Naval Reserve (CAN), volunteered extensively with organizations like the Canadian Coast Guard Auxiliary, the Canadian Bankers Association and numerous other community non-profit organizations, committees, and boards of directors — supporting causes like sports, community heritage, persons with disabilities, and youth mentorship. Jason is a frequent speaker at sustainability, leadership and technology conferences and attributes his broad based leadership and entrepreneurial skills to a passion for perpetual learning, innovation and a general curiosity about understanding how things work.
