At BibliU, we are pioneering a new technology category in Higher Ed, delivering a digital learning platform that makes access to textbooks and monographs more equitable, efficient, and cost effective. With expertise in GTM strategies for start-up and emerging growth tech companies, I am a data-driven SaaS marketing leader, with proven experience building successful marketing organizations -- I built people analytics Unicorn Visier's marketing function from the ground up. I am passionate about category creation, account-based marketing, and demand generation. I love growing the sales pipeline, helping build brand awareness and affinity, and creating markets for disruptive technology solutions. Before BibliU, I was Global Head of Marketing at recruiting tech provider Oleeo. During my time at Oleeo, the company saw a more than three-fold increase in its recurring revenue growth rate. Prior to Oleeo, I was VP of Marketing at people analytics leader Visier, joining in 2013 as the company's 40th employee. Over 5 years I built Visier's marketing function from the ground up, established its brand, developed successful GTM strategies, and achieved aggressive growth goals – driving $125M in subscription sales. When I left Visier in 2019 the company had over 450 employees, and its solutions were being used in >50 countries, providing insights into millions of employees. Passionate about Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, I have led and published research on gender equity, ageism, and millennials, and drove the creation and launch of an analytics solution that provides executives with the insights needed to progress their strategic D&I initiatives.
