International TV Commercials Director & Producer. Editor & Post Producer. Cinematographer. Musician. Technophile. Professional Photographer. Creative. An expert who wears many hats. Julz began his artistic career at a very young age. At age 9 he became a co-host of a family show on TV, and over the next few years, he appeared as a guest star in several TV shows during the Christmas season in Panama. His first radio experience was being a co-producer of a show on Stereo Panama at the age of 15, and at the age of 17, he started producing his own radio show. At 19, he made his journalistic debut as a Columnist in the best-selling and most read newspaper in Panama, Diario El Siglo, and held the position for the next four years. Having left the world of journalism, he became a Graphic Designer and then a Photoshop Instructor doing his first experiments with QuickTime VR. Those were his very first steps into Virtual Reality in 1996. As a result of his love for the graphic arts, he transitioned back to the television media, creating 3D Animations, Visual Effects and Editings for VideoMóvil, a film & video production company in Panama. Later, he became Manager of the legendary Panamanian rock group "Instinto" and participated in the production of the band's second record, "Poetry, Witchcraft and Furious Pills". Following that, Julz was awarded a scholarship to study filmmaking in Costa Rica, where he obtained certifications as a director, producer, executive producer, editor, and cameraman. Once he returned to Panama, he became the Official Photographer of former Vice-President Rubén Arosemena. A short time later, he returned to the advertising industry as Director of TV Commercials and Associate Producer at BBDO Worldwide in Panama. Actually, his interest and love in the arts and museums has led him to visit a great number of museums on the American continent, in Europe and in Russia, thus becoming the Founder and CEO of Innova Museums, a 360 digital interactive media agency providing high-tech interactive solutions to museums and that also manages Canadian Museums, the only media platform that promotes dynamically all the Canadian museums through social media and its 24 hrs channel on YouTube. Canadian Museums' YouTube channel is the first channel on the planet specialized in museums and the only one that broadcasts continuously 24 hours a day.
