Kai Hoffmann

Kai has been active in the junior mining industry since 2008, experiencing the good, the bad and the ugly. He is the owner and CEO of the Soar Financial Group, a diverse group of companies ranging from publishing, corporate communications and financial consulting to data analysis. Kai recently became the North American representative for German publicly listed investment group Deutsche Rohstoff AG with ~C$300mn in assets. He is also an independent director for Canarc Resource Corp (TSX-V: CCM) and Labrador Gold Corp. (TSX-V: LAB).
