Experienced Staff. With well over 100 years of machinery experience, all our shop staff are certified trades people who have undergone extensive training and apprenticeship programs. We know it is essential to have experienced trades people to produce a quality product. Our service technicians are ready to respond to any situation and offer supervised installation, start-up assistance and operator's training for all our equipment.

We are accustomed to building machinery for large, heavy logs and always think "heavy" when designing machinery. Hollow section structural tubing is known to be strong and we use more 10" x 4" x 1/4" wall tubing in our machinery than any other package saw manufacturer.

Customers. Our machinery is designed with our customers in mind - most components used are locally available in any major city. We also stock parts for all our machines - we do not believe in making the customer wait for parts.

Facilities. With over 18,000 square feet of floor space and hundreds of machines in operation world wide, L-M is the largest Package Cross Cut Off System manufacturer in North America. With the aid of our overhead cranes, radial arm drill presses, machining lathe, milling machine and state-of-the-art technology, we can produce a quality product in our own facility, in the most efficient manner.

Pricing. Since we have a well equipped facility, capable of doing all manufacturing in-house, streamlined production and quality are assured. Being the manufacturer, and selling direct to the customer, we are able to keep our pricing most competitive.
