I am an 🇦🇺 entrepreneur and venture capitalist with multiple interests and skills. I have had success and experience in venture capital services and the commercialisation of private and public companies across the globe, in particular North America, Australia and the Asia Pacific Region. Have been part of orchestrating over $300M of capital across various stages of private and public companies and during this time have helped create over $2B+ in increased value. In late 2016, was appointed Chairman & CEO of Next Green Wave "NGW", established to produce and supply medical & recreational cannabis products throughout the State of California 🇺🇸 I controlled the financing of $20M pre-IPO and another $7M post listing which is on the CSE 🇨🇦 and OTCQB Markets. Handed over the keys to a successfully built operation & management in June 2019. NGW is a vertically integrated operation with the vision to be the leading Cannabis consumer products goods company in the state and is now a $160M+ company (April 2021) I am the Founder [for the past 18 years] of COMVERJ which helps clients identify opportunities for change in the fields of capital markets, marketing, strategy and innovation. We work with clients globally and recently have engaged with numerous public companies in United States, Canada, Australia and Europe. I am currently serving as a trusted Board advisor to some of the most innovative disruptive technology, biotech, healthcare and mining companies across multiple jurisdictions. I am a successful entrepreneur that thrives on professional challenges existing in the corporate world today, and also has a goal of making a positive impact through community work in the Sporting and Charity arenas. Was fortunate enough to have been nominated twice for Young Australian of the Year and was a nominee and winner of WA's 40 under 40 award in 2012 as recognised by the industry and my peers. I was involved in forming Southern Pacific Fibre, a company dedicated to acquiring and managing commercial land and plantation assets in Australia. Assisted in the Commercialisation of the $300M Esperance Plantation Project went public on September 18 2014. Am PMI Certified and have completed a Bachelor of Commerce degree at Curtin University. Am currently planning to complete the General Management Program [GMP] at the Harvard Business School in Boston, MA.
