Caring about the companies I support and the candidates I place - I landed MY dream job when I opened my own HR and Recruitment Consulting Firm. The dream was simple - do good work, with good people. As a Global HR and Recruitment Consultant, and Author, I hold a Sociology degree from UBC and an HR Management Certificate, with distinction, from BCIT. My extensive academic, as well as hands-on experience in various areas of people management, has provided lasting legacies in HR protocols and policies. A bucket list goal of mine was to be a published Author. In 2018, I hit that goal and became the Author of “The HR Insider: How to land your dream job, and keep it!”, which hit #1 on Amazon, I have been able to provide a tool for candidates who are interested in the HR perspective on how to find, land and keep their dream job. I draw my energy from collaborating, from networking and from being able to knowledge share. Taking the stage to teach, facilitate and speak has provided me with a platform to share best practices.
