Two things fascinate me about leadership and growth marketing - the two being intrinsically connected! First, the opportunity of connecting people to drive the very best within each and every one of us, and two, the concept of consumer to brand connection to win together, as a unified team. I love to dig into consumer problems and solve them through strategy combined with technology. I create, scale and optimize teams to drive growth - with a focus on key results, building amazing teams that quickly adapt to consumer needs. I have enjoyed many leadership positions throughout my career in agency, technology, sports and entertainment and regulated industries, most recently driving 25% YoY revenue increase since becoming Chief Growth Officer of ICUC Social, a community management portfolio business within the global dentsu network.
