About Me

Patrick Dunn was born and raised in a suburb of Vancouver. At a young age Patrick came to understand that in order to create wealth, one needs to invest in either investments or real estate. Surely investing into a combination of both can offer the stability of real estate and the liquidity of investments. To this end, Patrick has developed two businesses, Viribus Structural Connectors Inc. (Structure Lock), a construction product and Alpha Invoice, a factoring company that proved companies with short term cash flow by purchasing invoices. He was the past Ceo of Alpha Invoices and is the current Ceo of Structure Lock. Patrick’s education is strategic and deep. Through the Investment Funds Institute of Canada, he studied Exempt Market Funds, Segregated Funds, Leveraging for Investments, Tax Efficient Fund Investing, Officers/ Partners/ Directors, Ethics Exempt Market Dealer Reps, and Anti Money Laundering. Through the University of British Columbia, Patrick studied at The Saunder School of Business for Real Estate Development and Trading Services. Patrick is passionate about Real Estate and Investment but his interests broaden to include hockey, history and aviation. To the service of the latter, Patrick studied through Nav Canada where he earned his Private Pilot’s Licence, studied Night Vision, Float Training, Multi Engine Rating, IFR Rating, and Iatra Rating.
