Prabhdeep Singh Anand

Prabhdeep has been a connector, startup consultant & a problem solver. He has an industry agnostic profile involved with startups, business roles, advertisement technology, headhunting, technology & digital Transformation. He started his career with sales in a Tata company, technology enabled services. Thereafter, took a leap in headhunting for green field projects, recruiting for US based technology ODC & engineering companies from Germany & France to set up in Pune, India. Later, he led recruitment for a Sequoia funded company in media & commerce in Mumbai, India. He then joined as a business manager with a SF, US based office space business clubbed with outsourced support functions. instrumental in starting new business initiatives for the company. He lead a startup which got Melinda Gates grant, a technology enabled startup in financial inclusion in which he outsourced all functions. Right after was a new role as a GM Sales, building the first programmatic ad tech stack with its own DSP, SSP, RTB & SSP where he got Mercedes Benz, India as a client onboard. Shae a D2C CPG brand has kept him busy in the last few years. He loves cycling, going for walks & engaging with his little angel who calls him dada :)
