Sophie Wyne (She/Her)

I have been fortunate to have gotten early career experience in various industries including government, pharmaceuticals and cybersecurity. During my tenure, I was the youngest non-junior Customer Success Manager at one of the largest Canadian cybersecurity firms, Absolute Software. My portfolio was upwards of $3M. Throughout these roles, I was able to experience the best and wost culture practices at organizations. This is what inspired me to start Ariglad, which focuses on supporting managers and HR to streamline culture challenges. Social entrepreneurship is a passion of mine, I am an Alumni Advisor at League of Innovators (founded by Ryan Holmes) where we focus on democratizing entrepreneurship for Canadian youth. I'm a Vancouver native but have also lived in Copenhagen, Denmark for 6 years where I also completed my bachelors. Travelling is a passion of mine and New Zealand is the next place on my list.
