On two boards one public one private, Audit Chair for Big Rock a TSX company and Board Chair for the Fairmont Hot Springs Resort. Also consulting with boards on Cybersecurity, Blockchain, CEO performance and re-structuring. Engaged with multiple real estate and hotel companies managing through the pandemic. Previously CEO of Silverbirch Hotels, managed Silverbirch through multiple transitions/rapid expansion over an eight year period. Strategies included the sale of non strategic assets, the re-development of hotels to Marriott and Hilton brands and increasing density on multiple urban sites with new hotels, retail and residential. In 2015 worked with ownership on the sale of the Delta brand to Marriott and consolidated the real estate of 14 Delta hotels into Silverbirch. In early 2016 we took the entire platform of 25 hotels and real estate to market and completed the billion+ transaction in February of 2017. The successful transaction was well above ownership's expectations.
