Todd Hilditch

Todd has over 24 years experience in the natural resource sector and has held (or holds) the position of President, CEO and Director of numerous TSX Venture listed companies. Todd is transactional geared and has been involved in several M&A transactions. Most notably included Salares Lithium Inc. which merged with Talison Lithium Inc to become the world's largest producing lithium company in a $340 million merger which has since been acuired for $840 million. Other public company transactions lead by Todd include the sale of Terraco Gold Corp. to Sailfish Royalty (TSX: FISH) on 2019 and the merger of URZ Energy with Azarga Uranium (TSX:AZZ). He is currently CEO of Riley Gold Corp. (TSXV:RLYG) and a Member of the Board of Directors is of Riley Gold and Azarga Uranium.
