RIDE is an innovative boutique concept that is challenging the status quo of indoor cycling, each RIDE is a full-body workout designed to reboot and strengthen both mind and body. RIDE combines an intense cardiovascular sweat, micro bike movements and full body toning reinforced to the authority of music. Currently operating 7 locations in Vancouver, Calgary, Toronto. As the CEO of Ride Cycle Club, I get to be a part of an incredible team passionate about inspiring and encouraging each other to achieve our ultimate state of health and well-being. I love chatting about retail and business with anyone who will give me the time. I value personal connections so I spend time and energy cultivating relationships. The personal belief that I live by is that you should unapologetically pursue the things that make you happy, because life is what you make it. In the workplace, the priorities that have shaped my experiences are collaboration, enthusiasm, and taking action. I value team work and view challenges as an opportunity to learn and innovate. I am not intimidated by change. I am convinced that thoughtful change and frequent reflection is important for growth. Previously, I was the Director of Retail Operations for Canucks Sports & Entertainment where I oversaw all aspects of the retail business for the Vancouver Canucks, Vancouver Warriors, Vancouver Titans, Seattle Surge, E-commerce, and event merchandise at Rogers Arena. I'm passionate about developing people, solving problems and driving results. I believe that the best leaders are humble in their approach, tenacious in their pursuit, and embody the values of integrity and teamwork. Last but not least, I truly believe that the best work happens when we are having fun.
