I am an advocate of what I call “The Generation of Change”. I am an altruistic young change-maker that has found purpose in creating social impact. I am on a life mission to have an impact on 10 million lives. Since I was 15, I’ve been the Founder and CEO of For The Menstruator. (previously known as AASW), a global initiative made up of over 100 volunteers aiming to create a world of menstrual equity and has served over 8500 menstruators in 7 countries around the world. I have previously served as an Outreach Director of Climate Cardinals, an organization that aims to make the climate movement more accessible by translating climate information in over 105+ languages. With over 4500+ volunteers, I work with the Director of Fundraising and Partnerships and their respective teams in line with our goal as an organization. I consistently work with building my legacy and I do this by sharing, inspiring and empowering others to find and fulfil their own purpose. I am passionate about public speaking and have spoken at over 100+ events in over 7 countries including World Affairs Council Pittsburgh 2020, GESF 2019, Techfest 2.0, Entrepreneurs conference and TedxYouth@ZanakiStreet. I have had the honour of having my work featured on major publications around the world namely BBC Africa, DW Africa, IBO Blog, Asian Weekly, Exchange Africa, WDR, NTV and Daily Nation to name a few. For my contribution towards humanitarian efforts, I have been awarded the Princess Diana Award 2019, WAFF’s Global Teen Leader 2019, Winner of the Dragons’ Den for Change at GESF2019 and Top 5 GSL Projects. I am currently a 2nd year student at the Sauder School of Business at The University of British Columbia.
