The founder, Kevin Trout, was a young father who worked 2 jobs to support his family at the time, took his daughter in the stroller and began knocking on doors to drum up business. Coming from a family of business owners, he knew that service to his customers was the best way to ensure success. Over the past 28 years, many of his customers have become great friends. He even has many customers that are many generations in the same family. Because of the family feel in ClearView Home Services, many of his customers have helped him along the way by referring their family and friends to receive the same great service that they have always received. ClearView Home Services have employed many young people over the years, and now, he has 2 of his children that have grown up and help with the family business to support their own families. To this day, Kevin is always looking for better and more ways to offer the best service possible to his valued friends and customers. This is done through building great relationships with his technicians which are thoroughly trained and coached to offer quality work with attention to detail. Amanda, our office manager is very focused and trained to prioritize the satisfaction and loyalty of our customers. Together, his office and field technicians work hand in hand to bring his customers the finest exterior maintenance service in the Greater Vancouver area.
