Hot Yoga 101 is a Vancouver based studio co-owned by Lisa Pelzer and Danny Dworkis.  We are a community of passionate students and teachers working toward the common goal of  improving our physical and mental well-being and living a more balanced and healthy lifestyle. Operating out of our beautiful Vancouver studio since 1999, Hot Yoga 101 has helped countless yogis realize the healing benefits of Bikram Yoga.
