Our story begins in 19 when the new owner of The Howling Coyote Pub & Grill had her baby shower right here in the Pub of the Reopel Hotel (now the Desert Arms Hotel) because her parents owned the hotel back then, and soon thereafter they moved out of Oliver and down to the coast of British Columbia. Maybe it was a calling, or something became rooted in her psyche, because for the majority of her life she worked as a Bartender, and Manager of Bars and Clubs around the Lower Mainland, she even started tending bar while under age (hey you don't ask , I won't tell).
