I was born and raised in Calgary, AB, and have been living with my family in Airdrie for over 10 years.
 

I have an extensive career background over 15 years in HR support with a variety of small businesses and large corporations - such as Loblaws, Starbucks, ULS Landscaping, and Reitmans.
 

Customized HR consulting is what I thrive in and continue to deliver to clients. I’m not one to provide a one-size-fits-all strategy. Every organization is different so why would the HR support be the same? It shouldn’t be.
 

We have many services that companies can pick and choose from that support what their unique needs are. From providing HR support (in person and virtually) on a monthly retainer to assessing HR needs, recruiting, onboarding, retention, conducting job analysis, salary reviews, planning for the future, investigations, and support for job seekers.
