Wild Apple Restaurant & Lounge

The evolution of 3762 Lakeshore Road harkens back to 1953. That year a humble, yet perfectly located hotel sprang from the sand on Lake Okanagan. It was the original Beacon Beach Resort built by Fred and Grace Duggan. The Duggans successfully ran the resort for 7 years before selling it in 1960. By this time, Beacon Beach was gaining momentum as a hip place to stay and play. New owners Milt Applebaum, (an investor from Seattle) and Roy Duggan (Fred’s brother) continued to provide the perfect experience for making memories.
