O’Brien Bros is an excavation company that specializes in the excavation of pole holes for power utility poles; this is done either by hand-digging or with Hydrovac excavation trucks. We offer several forms of excavation, as you will find listed below. O’Brien Bros was started in 1998 with one man and a shovel, and has expanded from there. O’Brien’s started out specializing in hand digging pole holes, all over the Lower Mainland. In 2001, O’Brien Bros. purchased their first Hydrovac truck, and the company continued to grow from there. Over the years, as customer needs in our industry have evolved, expanded our specialized complementary service areas to meet these needs. Jarred Harp, a long time employee of the company, bought the company in 2013, and has continued to grow and expand. Based in Langley, BC, we work all across BC.
