Unlike most security firms that contract out alarm monitoring or installation services, Provident provides a truly end-to-end solution. We own our own 24/7 central monitoring station in Kerrisdale where we manage security services for our approximately 6,000 Vancouver and Whistler clients. From our sales process, to customer service, to alarm monitoring and alarm response you will always be dealing with a Provident team member. We do not use sub-contractors and we control every single step of our processes.
