Sunrise Projects Ltd. was incorporated in 1998 and has maintained a long-term commitment to providing service and quality to customers throughout Greater Vancouver and the Lower Mainland. We are a general contractor specializing in the restoration of buildings that have experienced premature building envelope failure due to water ingress.

Pete Coi and Jeff Karset formed this company as incorporated partners in 1998. Together they have over 60 years of experience in the industry. Over the past decade strong relationships have been built with a number of leading consultants in the Vancouver area. We build our reputation and success off of our foundation of hard working employees and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
