My name is Adrian Lindner and I have been working in the restaurant industry for over 10 years now between front and back of house. I have degrees in Marketing and International relations; I have my Wset level 3 and have been a Bar Manager, Sommelier, Head bartender, server and Supervisor for hotels and smaller restaurants alike.Throughout all of these jobs, I have demonstrated my leadership skills, a strong commitment to high ethical and professional standards, exceptional communication and flexibility in devising proactive responses to the ever-changing needs of customers and restaurant conditions.
