Utilities and Insurance Admin Property Mngt

- Making an appointment with the utility company to turn off and on services such as (electricity, gas, and water)
- Setting up an owner's account with the utility companies (DTE, Consumers Energy, and Water Department) by sending the necessary documents via email and following up with a phone call.
- Making certain that all vacant houses are winterized during the winter season to avoid frozen pipes bursting, which could result in the property owner paying more.
- Obtaining an insurance quote from the insurance company and providing it to the property owner.
- To avoid future lawsuits, I ensure that all of the properties in our system are insured and up to date.
- Filing an insurance claim on behalf of the property owner.
General Admin - Property Management
