I’ve took Culinary Arts at Vcc in 2004 and graduated in 2005; and since 2006 I’ve been working in Professional kitchen; Starting with the Top Of Vancouver at Harbour Center, moving on to my previous job The Flying Pig and now to my current dream Job, at Rogers Arena with Canucks Sports I continue to learn and shape myself as a young cook;learning from the best! My Goal is to eventually work under one of my favourite mentors at their own restaurant!
