Annabelle Choi is a designer, professional cook and pastry chef. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Design from Emily Carr University of Art and Design, with a special interest in humanitarian relief projects and aid supporting objects, as well as a culinary degree from Ballymaloe Cookery School in Ireland. She spends her time asking questions that pertain to the need of an object and the symbiotic relationship between food, art, and design, while designing and cooking for a living, breathing world. Likewise, her projects are experimental, honest, and thought provoking.She continues to work on opportunities and collaborations with other like-minded trans-disciplinary industries and socially conscious clients, as she continues her culinary education and foraging in a world where food becomes the medium, and relationships, people, and story-telling continue to be the inspiration.
