I am a writer with strong interpersonal communication skills. I have a passion for finding stories in the mundane. Currently, I am working as Lifestyle Editor at Tweak India. In the past, I have worked as a journalist for over four years. During my stint, I have written across lifestyle beats, including music, theatre, indie cinema, food and fine arts. I have also managed the culture beat (for two years) for one of the leading English dailies in India. I am proficient in Adobe InDesign and Microsoft Office. As a freelance journalist, I have regularly written for magazines and websites such as Elle India, Hindustan Times, T2Online and Wisden India. During my years with the news agency, I have worked in the capacities of a staff writer, copy editor as well as proof reader.
