She is passionate about aiding in product creation from concept to execution and has thrived in high intensity team environments. She enjoys exploring new paths, procedures and approaches to ensure team efficiency and success through organization and documentation. Ashley currently works at adidas where she supports the design and production of Yeezy footwear by creating footwear prototypes and maintaining the sample room's material library.
