Over the past decade I've had the wonderful opportunity to work my way across western Canada from Ontario to British Columbia. It's been my privilege to learn from and work for some of the most esteemed chefs in the industry who shared their skills, knowledge , discipline and advice. My experience ranges from line service where I served steaks to celebrities to ensuring that 1200 plus meals are prepared and presented flawlessly for group events. I started in catering, and progressed to hotels, resorts, and casino companies with responsibilities encompassing multiple venues, in-room dining, and banquets. At this time I am open to finding the next challenging position that will take me to my goal of Executive Chef.
