Ever since I was kid, plane, ships, containers, trucks, warehouses and everything that has to do with logistics has been a passion to me. This passion carried me through my studies of logistics. During and even before I finished my studies, I got the chance to start working in a multinational company that specializes in international forwarding where I started to learn more and more about this fascinating field. My natural inclination and my passion made me operate in the customer service and sales in the logistics and international forwarding field, where I love to dig into costumer problems and solve them with the goal of gaining customer satisfaction and winning a new loyal customer. I have enjoyed many executive positions throughout my career in transportation and logistics management system, freight transportation, relation building, CRM and Sales management. Over my 10 years of experience, I have learned to be efficient, well-organized and service-oriented, team player focused on keeping customers happy and surpassing sales and support objectives. I gained experience in managing paperwork, liaise between clients and management to provide client feedback and resolve inquiries. My passion for this field continues made me dive deeper in it. There is certainly yet more to learn, yet more issues to solve and yet more to expertise build. And for this I am very grateful. I enjoy meeting a new people and discover new culture, travelling and practicing yoga whenever I can. I’m a big believer in the power of our positive energy, so I try to stay positive almost all the time and spread this positivity around me.
