As an experienced R&D professional, I have leveraged my background in fine dining and hospitality to create desserts that simplify menu development and inspire retail grocery execution. My transition into food manufacturing has also allowed me to work more broadly on cost savings initiatives and collaborative innovation within the dessert category. My passion for the food industry has also extended into teaching continuing education courses in cake decorating and sugar crafting. I hope to continue to share my pastry experiences as we both (teacher & student) learn from each other while refining our bakery techniques.
