Seventeen years in the food and beverage industry – spent in roles ranging from executive chef of my own restaurant, to restaurant consulting across North America – have given me unique insight into solving problems and staying on budget and on time. I have been a team leader on over 30 restaurant openings and various television productions I am a creative, enthusiastic, hardworking young chef with a passion for food and experience working in busy restaurants around the world. My years in the fine dining hospitality industry have only strengthened this commitment. I have learned to understand a wide spectrum of tastes and cultures, from my interactions with clientele and with colleagues. The experience in running multiple teams with fast paced environments whilst insuring the highest standards has focused and fine tuned my abilities with time management and team leadership.
