Capturing the entirety of ones own idea of their personality and further illustrating it using carefully picked words and filling out the word count quota of the about section is perhaps best left to people with experience in fields that relate to the same. Capturing the entirety of an establishments process and illustrating it in the most efficient form so as to create from scratch, a thorough documented workflow that checks every box to gauge a company's growth, efficiency and staff knowledge, now there's something I can deliver. With over 20 years of experience in the localization industry and expertise in creating, adapting and managing a fully functional workflow that suits several production schedules across multiple platforms, I have been able to gather a knowledge base that's akin to a professional degree. The opportunities my career path has brought to me are easily equated with the challenges that were presented through them as well. Technological improvements and automation of several processes require for Operations Managers and Trainers alike to adapt their skillset to suit the latest updates being rolled out and for them to attentively be on the lookout for ways to ensure that the resources at hand, are adeptly transitioned as well. As ever grateful for the clients that have contributed to my learning, from the likes of DreamWorks, NBC Universal, 20th Century Fox, to the much newer entries in the Golden Age of Television through OTT platforms such as Netflix, PrimeVideo and Disney Plus, I look forward to be able to work with more of the same. The job is not without it's own intrinsic motivations either. I derive most of mine by setting examples that go above and beyond regular expectations. Facilitating for my trainees a soluble, comprehensive format by which they can understand and function to the best of their abilities is perhaps the happiest I will be in my designation.
