Hi, I'm Colin. I'm a full stack marketing leader with over ten years of coaching and management experience. I personally have overseen and grown efforts across multiple channels including paid media, web and email. I’ve been responsible for enacting processes within these channels, while also establishing performance baselines and KPIs. I’ve designed unique, multi-channel customer journeys with the goal of delivering true, honest value to people. As a leader I’ve managed teams across marketing, sales and account management. My focus is always on cultivating the unique strengths of individuals, ensuring teammates feel supported. Individual growth and development are critical to creating trusting relationships with employees, where they are motivated to perform at the highest level and push themselves beyond their capabilities.
