Crystal joins our team with over 3.5 years of Human Resources experience within the hospitality and security industry. She has completed a Bachelor of International Hospitality Management double majoring in Accommodation and Human Resources. A little kiwi arriving in Canada before the pandemic in Feb 2019, she loves to try different gastronomies, explore new places and enjoys a cheeky cocktail in the weekends.Hiring by attitude! We can teach you on all the skills however, we cannot train attitude. Alot of employees think that going to see "HR" means you are going to the "principal's office". That is not the case at all! Crystal's goal is to change that mindset and ensure others know that we are there to support them with whatever they need. Being approachable, leading by example, immigration, transparent, empathetic and coaching/mentoring employees in their career growth.
