Hey There! My name is Danielle. I am a Holistic Chef attending the Institute of Holistic Nutrition, working towards becoming a nutritionist. I also work at the Juice Truck doing food prep and also preparing delicious juices and smoothies! I am constantly in the kitchen experimenting with recipes and cooking up a storm. I cook anything from vegan, vegetarian food, gluten free, paleo, and everything in-between. I specialize in gluten free items and gluten free baking!
