My first time on a job site started at the age of 5, helping my mother on construction sites after school and on the wekends.  I started with small things like wedges, ties and garbage.  As I got older I helped out with the family company, 3 Men and a Lady foundation strippers which was Mom, Dad, My younger brother and myself.  After a time I choose to go into learning how to build.  Fast track to today and I can now build a home from the foundation to the roof, and everything inbetween except for Gas and HVAC.  I also dont have my electricial ticket but I will have a certified electrician go over my connections and attach the wires to the electricial panel, to make sure that it is certified and guaranteed for insurance reasons.  

Im the kind of guy that will outright refuse to cut corners or hide any mistakes be it of my own or from prior workers that didnt do a professional job.  The biggest reason I do it this way stands from something my mother taught me, "At the end of the day when the job is done, who ever's name is one the final project will be the one given credit for the good job and the blame for the bad job.  How do you want people to use your name?"  

Currently I have been doing bathroom renovations in residential, and kitchen renovations in both residental and commercial properties.  I am also the caretaker of one property that is on the beautiful Musqueam reservation just ouside of UBC.  There I make sure that the old pipes are not leaking, and that the tap connections are not worn down, leading to leaky faucets.  

I also do drafting and design to help my customers enjoy their homes or workplaces with great functionality.
