• Managed both new and refurbishment development projects between 150,000 up to 1 million SQFT of built environment specializing in healthcare and institutional to commercial and high-rise residential from initial concept throughout all equivalent 7 steps of AIA Design to Construction plan and stages 0 to 7 and tasks 1 to 8 of the RIBA Plan of Work 2013. Construction Contract Administration / Project Manager experience with large scale High-Rise mixed use, Retail Commercial, Single Family Residential and Office Commercial projects based in Vancouver, Canada and Bermuda and the UK. Familiar with Miami Dade building codes/standards; • Team leader who continually stays on track with the project timeline and budget expectations by managing a team currently of five internal team players and external contractors/various stakeholders while working closely with the Design-Build team. Strong grasp of clients’ needs ensuring that client’s interests and expectations are represented and met on a day-to-day basis. Effective problem solver who can see the bigger picture, describe design intents and discuss potential problems with clients and consultants as well as government agencies. Excellent organizational and communication skills and culturally aware having worked in Bermuda, the UK and Canada. Actively involved with LEED design and implementation on development projects in Canada and Bermuda. • Able to achieve and build cooperative relationships with site supervisors and operatives ensuring compliance with design requirements, adhering to construction program and contract value. Host weekly collaborative meetings via Microsoft Teams to ensure timelines are met and review scope of work amongst contractors, consultants, project managers, and owners (25 people on a weekly call which I host and take the minutes) and to encourage active involvement and successful delivery of projects;
