Client Relations * Develop new business relationships through meetings and networking * Seek new trade clients through industry research and ‘cold-call’ outreach * Carefully monitor client purchase histories, ensuring correct bookkeeping and maximizing suggestive selling * Monitor all details and developments to insure the close of a sale and complete client satisfaction * Maintain repeat clientele with consistent communication, while providing the highest level of customer service * Educate and guide clients/partners on best practices; proactively address areas where improvement is needed Sales Development * Research and prepare material for customer meetings: past performance and forecast, needs solutions, issues, opportunities, financials, etc. * Craft and manage multichannel campaigns to drive top of funnel leads for business development efforts * Research and prepare material for customer meetings: past performance and forecast, needs solutions, issues, opportunities, financials, and competitive positioning * Compile lists of prospective customers for use as sales leads * Identify and reach out to existing customers and prospects when new services / promotions are relevant * Make outbound lead follow-up calls to potential and existing customers by telephone and e-mail to qualify leads * Prepare proposals, , update contracts, and send quotations (including rate requests from other departments/agencies) Sales Support * Produce business intelligence for the client teams, including ongoing target research, trends, industry events and business analysis * Create contact, account and opportunity data with regular updates, tracking and reporting * Inform customers on changes such as: rates, schedule, shipping methods * Build and maintain media lists (national, regional, online, print, etc.) * Continued positive relationships with vendors, in-house and freelance teams * Work with Account Executive as a cohesive team providing best client service Day to Day Tasks * Manage all QuickBooks invoicing, collections and payables * Coordinate with customer's CPA for invoicing and payments * Manage talent outreach, assist with negotiations and coordinate campaign onboarding, logistics and content approvals/scheduling/tracking * Ensure account retention by being available to clients, having a clear understanding of client’s needs, and responding promptly to their requests * Monitor all open orders and follow through to completion * Oversee projects, budget and time management
